We work hard behind the scenes to reach a point of completion. Some checkpoints on the journey that confirm we are on the right track. A day where we can stop and look back at how far we’ve come.
Today is one of those days.
Today is the launch day of my 3rd Children’s Book, “My Best Friend Fred”.
This has been a fun project to put together because it showcases the importance of support systems and why they are at the core of a well-loved life. The inspiration for this book comes from my brother, Nick, who happens to have a birthday today. Happy Birthday, Nick!
I am excited to know that this book will have a positive influence on so many kids.
I’m hopeful it’ll fuel you to go after the thing you want, too. You don’t have to know how to get it accomplished, you only need the will to start down the path of curiosity and exploration to move it forward. You continue to learn and develop what works and doesn’t work, you’ll encounter obstacles, you’ll run into amazing people and you’ll get clearer on the direction each day.
I took way too long to publish my first book but I’m hoping that the hard lessons I learned can be absorbed more quickly by you. Don’t wait. The only thing holding us back is ourselves. Trust that if “this” feels right, you have to take a chance on it.
