Beth has spent over 2 decades of her life heavily immersed in the health and fitness industry. Beth is a certified nutrition coach, a previous National Level NPC Figure competitor, a former Regionals-Qualifying Crossfit athlete, and a national record-holding Olympic Weightlifter.
Beth believes success comes from combining the best of many disciplines: bodybuilding, powerlifting, gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, metabolic conditioning, and aerobic capacity. Truly leaving no stone unturned results in being a very well-rounded athlete. Beth is also passionate about helping women find their beauty and power through strength training.

Robb holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and is a former California State Powerlifting Champion (565 lb. Squat, 345 lb. Bench, 565 lb. Dead Lift) and a 6-0 amateur kickboxer and as part of the Discovery Channel’s “I-CaveMan” series, Robb took down a 650lb elk with an Atlatl (a hand-thrown spear). Wolf has provided seminars in nutrition and strength & conditioning to a number of entities including NASA, Naval Special Warfare, the Canadian Light Infantry, and the United States Marine Corps. He has functioned as a review editor for the Journal of Nutrition and Metabolism (Biomed Central) and as a consultant for the Naval Special Warfare Resiliency program. He serves on the board of Directors/Advisors for Specialty Health Inc, The Chickasaw Nation’s “Unconquered Life” initiative, and a number of innovative start-ups with a focus on health and sustainability.
Robb lives in Montana with his wife Nicki and daughters Zoe and Sagan.
