1:1 Sales Consulting

Sales can be difficult for someone who has never done it before. There are a lot of preconceived notions and a lot of information out there to decipher. You can spend a lot of time reading, watching videos, or listening to podcasts. There is no shortage of options (and opinions).

My goal with 1:1 coaching is to leverage your strengths as a human being, focus on improving your mindset, and sprinkle in actionable and repeatable practices to help with building confidence and consistency in your day-to-day sales.

One of the first questions I get is, “Where do I begin?”

That’s what we’ll focus on in our first session. We’ll get a feel for your current sales acumen, the market you are primarily selling into, and where you’re struggling the most. From there, we’ll build a plan of attack so we can stay organized and progress forward. Just like you would do if you had a personal trainer, it’s important for us to chart progress, check in regularly, and tweak where needed.

Sales is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach. There are a lot of nuances in your sales process, industry, product, etc.

The good news is that if we take it from that perspective we can be open to crafting specific language and processes for your business.
