Episode 101 Features Chase Damiano, a business advisor, consultant, and executive coach dedicated to helping founders, entrepreneurs, and CEOs get out of the weeds.  I had a wonderful interview with Chase where we navigated through some of his early career in a startup environment and then spent a good amount of time speaking about accountability, habits, routines, and things that Founders should be considering as they scale.
