Life is a short ride and we often spend most of it doing things just to eek by without ever stepping back and realizing what we enjoy doing, why are we where we are, and what life could look like if we lived it on our terms.
The “Before” and “After” photos are always nice to see but what they leave out is all of the hard work, lonely nights, tough decisions, emotional battles, and all the obstacles you can’t even see ahead.
The biggest dragon you’ll have to defeat on this quest is yourself. The old you. The one with self-limiting beliefs, judgments, prejudices, cognitive bias, and beyond.
That is what we’ll work on as we navigate through the steps below using the COMPASS Framework and with each passing checkpoint you’ll become stronger, self-aware, confident, curious, and will allow yourself to shed your old identity in lieu of something that fits you much better.
