At the core of my coaching programs is a framework I developed called COMPASS which embodies core areas of our lives that, if improved, can have a dramatic impact to lead us on a clearer path toward happiness. Each step in the C.O.M.P.A.S.S. Framework will be relevant to everyone but, based on the individual, the effort, and focus that we put on each core area will vary from one person to the next.
Over the past 10+ years, I’ve developed the COMPASS Framework through navigating my own life struggles and trying to find new ways to be happy and healthy. Of course, I didn’t have a name for it at the time but as I connected the dots looking backward I was able to discover many of the interwoven parts that helped me drastically change my personal and professional life.
As we navigate through your journey we’ll use the COMPASS Framework as a guide to making sure we are hitting the areas where you need to improve and with each passing checkpoint, you’ll become stronger, more self-aware, increase your confidence, and exercise curiosity on the way to shedding your old identity in lieu of something that fits you much better.
