The Most Difficult Conversation

Think about the most difficult conversation you’ve ever had. Do you have it?

Who was it with?
What was it about?
How did you show up?
How did it get resolved?

The more difficult the conversation, the more connected we become if we are willing to be open, honest, and accepting without judgment.

So when was the last time you had a difficult conversation with yourself?

About how you are feeling?
About what’s bothering you?
About where you’re at in life?

Have you given yourself that opportunity to be open, honest, and accepting or have you avoided it at all costs?

We often think the answers are “out there” somewhere when the reality is they are inside us the entire time.

We just have to be willing to listen openly without judging what they are telling us.
