People ask me all the time how I’ve gotten to interview so many incredible people on the Just Get Started podcast.
The answer is simpler than they want to hear.
I started.
I created a show.
I asked people to join.
Some people took a chance on me.
That created momentum and more guests.
I kept putting in the reps and built credibility.
I was okay with getting “No’s” because it was never about the outcome. It was about the experience.
We never know what will happen but it’s impossible to create something meaningful without:
- A long time horizon
- Enduring the tough times
- Putting in countless hours
- Believing in what you are doing
The journey becomes the destination if we just allow ourselves the opportunity to start.
