Run Forest Run

Running with friends is better than running alone.

Yesterday, I planned on doing 6 miles at a 12-minute pace.

The plan shifted once we got out there.

We started on a good clip. We had a good conversation going. The run felt sort of effortless.

With every step, we gained momentum.

We were able to complete those 6 miles in a 10-minute pace.

That’s what running with friends can do for you.

you gain support
you build camaraderie
you draw in energy

You push yourself beyond the limits you thought possible.

I’m not too fond of running.

Running alone feels boring to me.

Add some friends, it changes the game.

If you insert this philosophy into any area of your life it can transform those mundane acts into magical experiences.
