I want you to sit with 3 questions. Take out some paper and write your responses. They become much more real when you get them out of your head.

  1. What is the thing that you fear most right now and why? I want you to explore the depths. Where do you think it came from and why does it exist in your life?
  2. What would your life look like if the fear didn’t exist? I want you to write a short story about the type of person you’d be without the fear.
  3. What is the worst thing that happens if you have to face the fear? What’s the blowback, struggle, or hurt that you feel you’d have to experience by facing it?

Your answers are not wrong, they’re honest.

Knowing what you now know, is it worth facing that fear?
