Larry Hynes single-handedly changed the course of my life.

As a young lad with zero confidence, he pulled me aside one day while leaving public speaking class and said, “Brian, you have great pitch and tone, you should be on the radio someday.”

He had a positive, light-hearted approach to teaching and a generous way to give compliments when he saw something in us we didn’t see in ourselves.

I know I wasn’t the only one he had a positive impact on.

Who is your “Larry Hynes”?

What teacher impacted you the most?

Let them know if you can otherwise we’ll pour a little out for the ones, like Mr. Hynes, that are no longer with us.
