I was beating myself up today as I was feeling stuck like my wheels were spinning with no traction.

The negative self-talk was oozing up and ready to spill over.

But, luckily, I caught myself.

As I turned my head left, the framed copy of my first children’s book, “Luke’s 1st Round of Golf” appeared in my peripheral on the wall.

Then, it hit me.

How am I behind?

→ I’ve been one of the top performers in the organization for the past 5 years.

→ I’ve achieved results with my fitness that I never would’ve imagined.

→ I’ve published 2 children’s books with a 3rd on the way.

→ I’ve recorded over 400 podcast episodes in 6 years.

→ I’ve written 3 blogs a week for the past 30 months.

→ And the pinnacle moment, which I’m most proud of, is I’ve built an amazing relationship with my son.

When you think you haven’t gone that far, take a look back at how far you’ve come.

It’s a good reminder of how much you’ve grown.

Those memories have no room for negativity.
