Age is just a number. It’s meaningless.
If we believe that then we can push ourselves to the limits every day.
We can expand our minds.
We can become who we’ve always wanted to be.
It takes hard work, determination, grit, and focus.
It’s not a number on the calendar that is stopping us.
It’s ourselves.
But we can push through, we can achieve, and we can thrive.
We just have to get started.
And show up each day.
Age doesn’t determine that.
We do.
