        Payments are securely processed via Stripe. All payments must be completed prior to receiving coaching or digital products.

        Refund Policy:

        • Coaching Sessions: Paid coaching and consulting engagements — including the 90-Day Sales Accelerator and any 1:1 engagements — are governed exclusively by a separate Client Terms & Conditions Agreement. Please review that agreement at brianondrako.com/coaching-terms before purchasing. All other refund provisions below apply to digital products and courses only.
        • Digital Products and Courses: Digital products, including Sales Call Roasts, come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If dissatisfied, please submit a refund request via our contact form within 14 days of purchase.

      6. Scheduling and Cancellations

        Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Sessions may be rescheduled if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may result in session forfeiture without refund.
